The details like qualification needed, marks, syllabus, and everything else on posts having previous year question papers may change. Also, there is no one hundred percent guarantee that they are true. Further, the question papers have been collected from official sources as well as submitted by students. WritingLaw has not made them. You are free to contact us for appropriate credit.

We reserve the right to deny offering you our PDFs and Tests, even after you have made the payment. In this case, we will definitely refund you your amount. If we can’t refund the amount easily, we will try to contact you via WhatsApp or email (or SMS and call in rare cases), and ask for your UPI ID or something similar to refund you your money. This entire thing is rare and can happen only if you misbehave on our WhatsApp chat or elsewhere. Plus, if we inform you beforehand not to make the payment to buy our PDFs and Tests, and if you still do, we will refund the amount.
Buying Law PDFs and MCQ Tests is a one time purchase.

If you misbehave, argue unnecessarily, abuse, behave badly, waste our time with irrelevant and unnecessary questions, send scam links, send promotional links, send illegal content, send any unsolicited text, image or document, or make us uncomfortable in any way, we will immediately block you forever. We usually inform people before blocking them.
REFUNDS
Once you make the purchase of a PDF or/and MCQ Tests and we send you all that on your email and/or your WhatsApp, there will be no refund for any reason. This is mostly because PDFs and online MCQ Tests are virtual products (and not actual physical products). So, you can’t return these things and claim a refund. I mean, once PDFs are sent to you, they become yours forever. You can’t return them, and hence there is no refund for these.
SAVING YOUR NUMBER
After you make buy PDFs or MCQ Tests from us or message us to receive free law messages, we will save your phone number. This ensures we can send you the new bare act PDFs (on a complimentary basis in the future). Besides that, it also allows us to send you the law messages and important updates about you taking the MCQ Tests.
YOUR EMAIL
After you make a payment, we can see your email. We use your email address to send you the PDFs there. Sending the PDFs to your email ensures they are safely saved with you forever.
PLAGIARISM
We use free and paid tools to check the plagiarism of all our authors and posts published on WritingLaw. We STRICTLY do not publish plagiarised content, even if it has slight plagiarism. However, if we missed catching plagiarism in one of our posts and if it happens that the author copied your writing, please inform us at contact@writinglaw.com. We will take immediate appropriate action.

Guest post are completely written by the mentioned author. Opinions expressed are theirs. I, the admin of WritingLaw, just format the article and styled it. I do not touched the written part of the article except minor grammatical corrections, images, etc.
